Refund, Return & Exchange Policy
At Vivian Studio, we do everything we can to keep our customers satisfied. However, it may occur that you wish to return a product. This document clearly explains our return policy.
Conditions for Returns

You may only request a return after you have physically received the item.

All return shipping costs are entirely the responsibility of the customer, including international shipping costs.

Items must be unused, unwashed, undamaged, and in their original condition, with all labels and tags still attached.

Trying on items is allowed; wearing them beyond fitting is not permitted.

Ordering items in multiple sizes with the intention of returning part of the order is not permitted.
Return Process

Submit your return request by emailing info@vivianstudio.com within 14 days of receiving your order.

You will receive the return address of our supplier (located in China).

Return the item entirely at your own expense, including any shipping, customs duties, or handling fees.

We strongly recommend using a shipping method that includes track & trace.
Refunds
Once the returned item has been received at the return address and approved after inspection, the purchase amount will be refunded within 14 days via the original payment method.
Liability

We are not responsible for lost packages if the tracking information indicates that the package has been delivered to the address provided by the customer.

If an incorrect address is provided, this is the responsibility of the customer.

Address errors must be reported within 24 hours after placing the order.
